The “Trattoria di Cagnano” produces much of its food at home: fresh pasta, all desserts, breads, jams, biscuits and some liquors. We try to mainly use local products, no long transportation ways, taking care of choosing seasonal specialities.
The restaurant has three rooms and a terrace and can accommodate groups of various sizes.
The open kitchen and the wood-burning oven create a very cosy and familiar atmosphere.
We have decided to offer a large variety of dishes, typical of the area, but also with some surprises and many fish dishes.
